Founded by Sang and Connie Chae in 1998, William Ryan LLC invests in and operates commercial real estate and hotels located in the western United States. The Company is always on the lookout for and has a proven track record of finding quality real estate investments and operating them successfully, in large part as a result of the professionalism and integrity of the people who are part of William Ryan. The Company takes great pride in recruiting and training staff with experience and qualifications for dealing with the ever-changing commercial real estate market. Sang Chae came to America as a young student.  He worked in farms, shipyards, restaurants, and even owned a convenience store during his law school years.  He served in the U.S. Army as an infantry officer after college.  His various experience has taught him that customers are king and employees are to be valued and respected.  These core values, together with a mandate that anything less than excellence is unacceptable, are woven into the fabric of the Company. Community involvement is also of paramount importance to William Ryan LLC, as it encourages employee participation and contributes regularly to community based initiatives and nonprofits.
