Founded by Korean-American business man and entrepreneur Sang Chae on February 11, 1998, William Ryan LLC invests in and operates commercial real estate and hotels located in the western United States. The Company is always on the lookout for and has a proven track record of finding quality real estate investments and operating them successfully, in large part as a result of the professionalism and integrity of the people who are part of William Ryan. The Company takes great pride in recruiting and training staff with experience and qualifications for dealing with the ever-changing commercial real estate market. As a young student in this country, Sang Chae worked in his family convenience store where he acquired his work ethic and his belief that customers are king and employees are to be valued and respected. These core values, together with a mandate that anything less than excellence is unacceptable, are woven into the fabric of the Company. Community involvement is also of paramount importance to William Ryan LLC, as it encourages employee participation and contributes out of its own coffers to assist in community based initiatives and nonprofits. As Sang Chae, the founder, likes to say when asked about his goals for the Company We want to grow but in the right way, which means we follow our core values and don't cut corners when it comes to questions of customer and employee relations.
